Abstract

Anthropologically challenging the use of anthropological knowledge, we propose an exercise of reflexivity regarding scientific intervention in the production of collective identities, linking theories of aboriginal ethnicity of the province of San Juan within the institutional, social, political, economic, Historical, territorial in which the current historians and archaeologists who elaborated them perform. Understanding anthropology as a resource and as an intervention, our interest in ethnographic the contemporary tends to the actions and networks that link scientific studies of the provincial cultural heritage, allowing us to approximate the uses of scientific knowledge of the past, a construction of legitimacy with that the development model has an impact on regional eco-politics.
