This article is about the results of the final work for the Major in Comprehensive Approach of Social Problems in the Community Area. That work, is the summary of a professional development that ocurred between 2013 and 2015 in La Rioja, capital city. The document was divided into six chapters and its purpose was to systematize the experience in a conscious, reflexive and critical manner. Another objective was to retrieve and show the perspective of territorial actors; critical subjects of their own practice and experience. This is one of the main aspects and/ or limitations, that has been identified in the territory where the study was carried out, since the institutional responses to the necessities of the neighbours were segmented, sectorised, dispersed and isolated. The challenging aspect was to organize the agenda to plan and develop comprehensive measures that could solve the identified social problems. The possibility or impossibility of coordinating organized actions in the neighbourhood- territory where the intervention took place was considered.Downloads
