La organización municipal en Andalucía.

Resumen

En España han sido muchas las voces –y desde diversos sectores-, las que han indicado que existe un problema de planta municipal, ya que hay un número muy elevado de municipios. La solución ante este problema ha sido la de fusionar municipios, pero tras el análisis efectuado para la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía, se podrá comprobar que el problema que plantean algunos, es más teórico o político, que real y jurídico.

Abstract

In Spain, there are many people who think that there are a big problem with municipality, because there are a lot of them. The legal solution has been to fuse municipalities, but after to analyse Andalucia’sregión, the reader could check the problema is only teoric or politic, but not real or legal.
