La comunicación institucional en el ámbito judicial.

Resumen

Debemos tener presente que las sociedades manejan ideas y opiniones acerca de sus instituciones, y también sobre la forma en que éstas desempeñan sus funciones. Ante esta realidad, la comunicación institucional adquiere gran relevancia y, al mismo tiempo, se ha convertido en una herramienta imprescindible dentro del contexto en el que se encuentra inserta toda organización gubernamental. La situación planteada no es un hecho menor. Ya que en los tiempos que vivimos se ha colocado a la justicia en la observación y el análisis de diversos sectores de la sociedad. Problema que desde la comunicación institucional aún no se ha podido dar solución, debido a la acentuada crisis de desconfianza y descreimiento de la comunidad hacia el sistema judicial.AbstractWe must keep in mind that societies handle ideas and opinions about their institutions, and also about how they perform their functions. In view of this reality, institutional communication takes on great relevance and, at the same time, it has become an essential tool within the context in which every governmental organization is inserted. The situation raised is not a minor fact. Since in the times we live we have placed to the justice in the observation and the analysis of diverse sectors of the society. Problem that since institutional communication has not yet been able to solve, due to the accentuated crisis of mistrust and disbelief of the community towards the judicial system.Key words: Communication; Institutional communication; Justice; Society
