Abstract

The electronic notification through the digital signature is the most reliable means of communication of the judicial resolutions, which conforms to the so-called e-justice. The conformation of it is developed in the field of the so-called electronic government, where public policy management resources are developed with the incorporation of Information and Communication Technologies. The paradigm shift implies a new management of technical and fundamentally human resources, since redesigning a court, and even more, a judicial system (thinking of systemic theory), implies integrating a whole with its interdependent elements. Artificial intelligence contributes to the advancement of management models not only judicial but governmental and infallible in international agendas, where issues related to Electronic and Open Government, guarantee the transparency of online data and public accountability, in addition to the citizen participation; incorporating adequate computer security measures for the protection of personal data, and always respecting the current constitutional guarantees and human rights, pillars of a state of law and democracy.
