Abstract

The present work tries to analyze the genetic test received in the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation of the Argentine Republic. In particular, three procedural problems related to: a) the parties' waiver of the production of genetic evidence are addressed; b) sample collection and chain of custody; c) the evidentiary evaluation of the reluctant conduct to submit to the genetic test.
