Evolución de la figura de lesión en nuestro país. La acción de rescisión y de modificación del acto jurídico lesivo

Abstract

El instituto de la lesión es de un mecanismo jurídico que resguarda a la persona contra el contratante que aspira a beneficiarse de su inferioridad logrando una ventaja patrimonial que excede de lo habitual y que no tiene relación alguna con las oscilaciones del mercado. Para vislumbrar el instituto de la lesión no encontramos mejor camino que analizar su historia para comprender su contenido y límites.

Abstract
The institute of the lesion is of a legal mechanism that protects the person against the contractor that aims to benefit from its inferiority achieving a patrimonial advantage that exceeds the usual and that has no relation with the vagaries of the market.
