Abstract

Analizaremos las regiones extremas del planeta, polo norte y polo sur, el Ártico y la Antártida, los intereses y derechos de los estados involucrados, ya sea en conflictos o reclamos de soberanía.

Abstract
We will analyze the extreme regions of the planet, the north pole and the pole, the Arctic and the Antarctic, the interests and the rights of the states involved, whether in conflicts or claims of sovereignty.
