Professional intervention in neoliberal capitalism: revisiting the rights approach from critical theories of the South

In this text I will seek to problematize four critical knots: the notions of professional
intervention, theory, rights and situated thinking. Offering some reflections on these
four categories, the proposal is to test crosses between themselves to think of
situated and critical Social Work that gives answers to the challenges that the turn to the right and the neoliberal order impose on our exercise professional.
