The objective of this project is to carry out an exhaustive study on the case of a broker, specifically its service
will be analyzed within investment operations through the purchase and sale of shares, CFDS and any other
type of financial asset through trading services. social (Copy Trading). To begin, a definition of the financial
system and a broker in it will be carried out. Subsequently, the agents participating in these services and their
participation in the organization will be analyzed.
Likewise, it will be demonstrated how inappropriate action is encouraged by the investors that the broker in
question makes available to investors to carry out a multitude of operations that could seriously harm the
private investor through a study of the implications of the application of the fees of the brokers today and
compare the lack of ethics of this broker for offering a service in which individual investors incur high risks and
costs, finally an ethical code will be proposed so that the broker in question can apply it to its investors.
