Abstract

The purpose of this work is to analyze the latest book by Gregorio Flores (1934-2011), leader of the Fiat Concord
Workers Union and militant of the Partido Revolucionario de los Trabajadores and Partido Obrero. We set out to
investigate the influence of the working-class culture of the mid-20th century and the literature of the classics of
Marxism on his writing. Then we are concerned with addressing the relationship between Flores' work and
politicization as a social and dynamic process that he underwent throughout his life. His publication, Las brujas
existen y usted tiene una en su casa, constitutes an input to problematize Flores' personal and militant career and
at the same time offers us a perspective to internalize the intellectual formation and production and access to
literature of a generation of workers.
