Constitutional claim on validity of the extraction of personal fluids against the imputed and the right of personal autonomy.

Abstract

In this article we present a procedural analysis about evidence, and particulary about extraction of personal fluids. We focus on three areas, considering personal autonomy protection as a constitutional right, secondly, a debate about the relation on judicial process and the seek of truth and finally, jurisprudence arguments on leading cases.
