Political censorship in times of democracy: Jorge Ponce's 2014 exposé

Abstract

This article presents a summary of the final thesis for the Bachelor of Fine Arts at the National University of La Rioja, Argentina. The thesis addressed two cases of censorship: that of Carlota Beltrame in 2021 and that of Jorge Ponce in 2014. Due to space limitations, only the case of Ponce is presented here. Instead of presenting one of the two cases analyzed, the exercise of censorship by political powers during democracy is shown.
